A Celebration of Fibre and Community for 40 Years

May 12th, 2011: Annual Meeting of the Ontario Network of Needleworkers

  • Ontario Network of Needleworkers Guilds' Exhibitions: Open to the public; 1 to 3 p.m. (free admission)
  • Venders: Open to the public; 9 a.m to 5 p.m.

May 13th to 15th, 2011: A three-day weekend of workshops, demonstrations by various London fibre groups, exhibitions, vendors and a wearable art fashion show, sale and dinner.


Registration for all workshops and for Wearable Art Fashion Show is no longer available.


Nine Workshops, each three days long,  focussing on a variety of fibre techniques led by nationally and internationally recognized tutors. Techniques include a variety of art quilting, beading, bookmaking, colour, doll-making, knitting, lace making, rug hooking and smocking. Something for everyone!

Open to the Public

Free admission to demonstrations, fibre groups' exhibitions and vendors. Instead we are asking that you give a donation to support My Sisters’ Place.

Come and admire the Amazing Coat that is featured in the Grand Theatre's production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat" - 1238 pieces of 69 different fabrics were used to create this piece.

Plus, there will be a Silent Auction of two stunning Art Coats, two garments that feature, in beautiful textile art, the reproduced art of two local painters..
