Canadian Embroiderers’ Guild, London is offering a four
week workshop in beginners’ needlework and fibre art for young people
ages
7 to 14.

Summer Workshop
Each June two intensive five-day workshops are offered
for those who enjoy an opportunity to immerse themselves in a topic
under the guidance of an experienced, fibre artist. Registration
for the Summer Workshop is now open to the general public. The
registration form is now available here
as a pdf file for you to
download and print. The completed form must be returned by mail with the
required payment to hold a place for you in either class. They take place at the Visual Arts Building at the University of
Western Ontario, London.
This
year’s instructors are to be Jane Dunnewold and Judith Martin.
Registration for Guild members will begin in December. The
application form will be posted here on January 15th when
registration will be open to the public. Be sure to print the brochure
and return the form with payment as soon as possible.
Update
(April 10th)
Judith
Martin’s class is now full and additional applicants will be added to
the waiting list.
There are only one or two places remaining in Jane Dunnewold’s
class.
